Updates Evolve Finance News May 2021 Our Sellafield 18 NEWS Agile working Over the last year we have largely been split between working on the site or from home (with time spent in the office when necessary). In the coming months we will all move towards a new way of working – agile working. Where most of our time is spent at the site or company premises and, regardless of where we work, we all stay connected to Sellafield and our purpose. The transition to agile working is a change, and therefore not without its challenges. This diagram helps to explain our vision for agile working, the principles and how these will apply to our work. Agile working principles • Accommodation on licensed nuclear site has a premium so appropriate support activities will be relocated • Premises should be used to support collaboration, maintain engagement, support employee wellbeing, and specialist tasks • Applies to all staff but degree of agility dependent upon role • Business need is the driver for ways of working, employee circumstances will be considered when developing these • We recognise that working from home will be an option for many staff, but not all • Anyone wishing to work entirely at SL premises will be able to do so
